General Construction Works
We design, construct, and renovate a wide variety of buildings, including stores, factories, schools, childcare facilities, plants, and wastewater treatment facilities. Construction Works, along with the Civil Engineering Works, are the core business of Yoshizawa Construction Industry.
Civil Engineering Works
We design, construct, and renovate civil engineering structures such as bridges, debris dam and site preparation for solar power generation facilities. In recent years, the importance of this business area has increased from the perspective of disaster prevention, mitigation, and global environmental conservation.
Pavement Works
We carry out paving work for roadways, sidewalks, promenades, and bicycle lanes.
Real Estate Business
In 2022, we opened the real estate department. We will develop our real estate activities with the aim of further diversifying our business areas and better contributing to local communities.
Dismantling Works
We carry out demolition work of buildings. In this area, we also give highest priority to safety compliance and preservation of the global environment.
